Fat: 56.64g | Prot: 77.76g | Carb: 225.67g.   Lunch:  American Cheese Singles, Brown and Serve Pork Sausage, Everything Bagel, Fried Egg, Hash Brown (from Frozen), Ketchup. Dinner:  Kaiser Roll, Pulled Beef, Sweet Potato Fries. Snacks/Other:  Strawberry Filled Hard Candy.
