Fat: 55.07g | Prot: 57.76g | Carb: 201.28g.   Breakfast:  english muffin. Lunch:  2X Protein Greek Yogurt - Plain, cantaloupe, coconut, grapes, ham. Dinner:  southwestern egg rolls. Snacks/Other:  100 calorie cookies, fiber one chocolate peanut butter brownie, little debbie oatmeal creme cookie, orange sherbert, weight watchers choc chip cookie.
