Fat: 89.46g | Prot: 112.67g | Carb: 261.98g.   Breakfast:  Breakfast Sandwich - Cheese Bagel with Sausage, Egg, Cheese. Lunch:  Brizzolio Hamburger Bun, Cheddar Cheese , Country Naturals Ham , Light Mayonnaise , Margarine, Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten). Dinner:  Blueberries, Chocolate Chip Cookie (Home Recipe or Purchased), Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Taco Flavor Tortilla Chips. Snacks/Other:  Beer.
