Fat: 64.14g | Prot: 103.12g | Carb: 230.37g.   Breakfast:  Latte Coffee, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked). Lunch:  Peanut Butter Filled Sandwich Cracker, Peanut Butter Filled Sandwich Cracker. Dinner:  Beer, Chicken or Turkey and Rice (Mixture), Greek Pita Bread, Greek Salad, Lamb Gyro Sandwich. Snacks/Other:  Beer, Oil Popped White Popcorn, Regular Iced Coffee (Medium).
