Fat: 59.39g | Prot: 53.93g | Carb: 111.66g.   Breakfast:  egg, WHOLE WHEAT BREAD. Lunch:  crunchy peanut butter, whole wheat bread. Dinner:  Broccoli (Spears, Frozen), Butter (Salted), Cream (Half & Half), Okra (Frozen), Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Split Chicken Breasts with Bone. Snacks/Other:  Puerto Rican Coquito (Coconut, Rum).
