Fat: 92.73g | Prot: 58.86g | Carb: 139.76g.   Breakfast:  silk light soy milk, Oat Bran Hot Cereal, dried cherries, trader joe's almond butter. Lunch:  cafe bowl, Whitman's Sugar Free Candy Sampler. Dinner:  oscar mayer turkey hot dog, Klassic 3 Seed Crispbread, Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese, Dried Apricots, Bar-B-Q Corn Chips, Cool Ranch Tortilla Chips (28.3g). Snacks/Other:  Smokehouse Almonds.
