Fat: 56.14g | Prot: 214.14g | Carb: 372.15g.   Breakfast:  whole milk, coffee, starbucks breakfast, starbucks mocha. Lunch:  Sweet Chipotle Beef Jerky, Fat Free Cottage Cheese. Dinner:  Boar's Head Ovengold Turkey Sub Sandwich on Wheat Bread, Ovengold Roast Breast of Turkey - Skinless, Light Mayo, Whole Wheat Bread, Chicken Cranberry Walnut Salad. Snacks/Other:  chocolate syrup lite, almond milk vanilla unsweetened, cytosport monster, sugar free pudding mix, Adonia Greek Frozen Yogurt, Brown Rice Organic Rice Cakes, Omega Natural Peanut Butter, Carne Seca Beef Jerky, Heart to Heart Cereal - Warm Cinnamon Oat, Bud Light Beer, Vodka, Whiskey.
