Fat: 105.53g | Prot: 125.95g | Carb: 164.67g.   Breakfast:  Egg Omelette or Scrambled Egg, Sliced Ham, Wholemeal Bread. Lunch:  Brown Rice, Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh), Minced Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat). Dinner:  Crunchy Peanut Butter, Rice Noodles (Cooked), Turkey Breast Meat, Vegetable & Beansprout Stir Fry. Snacks/Other:  Crunchy Peanut Butter, White Wraps.
