Fat: 105.53g | Prot: 125.95g | Carb: 164.67g.   Breakfast:  Sliced Ham, Egg Omelette or Scrambled Egg, Wholemeal Bread. Lunch:  Minced Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat), Brown Rice, Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh). Dinner:  Crunchy Peanut Butter, Vegetable & Beansprout Stir Fry, Turkey Breast Meat, Rice Noodles (Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Crunchy Peanut Butter, White Wraps.
