Fat: 60.48g | Prot: 63.48g | Carb: 135.11g.   Breakfast:  Cinnamon Harvest Cereal, Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified). Lunch:  Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese, Pepperoni Minis, Dried Cranberries, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Chickpeas. Dinner:  Eggplant with Cheese and Tomato Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Mixed Grain English Muffins (Includes Granola), Omega Natural Peanut Butter.
