Fat: 104.17g | Prot: 90.42g | Carb: 31.57g.   Breakfast:  whole ground flaxseed meal, HEB Heavy Whipping Cream, Baking Powder, splenda, egg large, Cinnamon, Hormel Natural Bacon. Lunch:  Linda's salmon muffins, cherry tomatoes, crisphead lettuce, cucumber, Linda's tartar sauce. Dinner:  Tilapia with asparagus cream sauce. Snacks/Other:  Jello sugar free, Diet Rite Cola, Guacamole, Cucumber (Peeled).
