Lunch: cherry tomatoes, crisphead lettuce, cucumber, Linda's salmon muffins, Linda's tartar sauce. Dinner: Tilapia with asparagus cream sauce. Snacks/Other: Cucumber (Peeled), Diet Rite Cola, Guacamole, Jello sugar free.
