Fat: 104.17g | Prot: 90.42g | Carb: 31.57g.   Breakfast:  Baking Powder, Cinnamon, egg large, HEB Heavy Whipping Cream, Hormel Natural Bacon, splenda, whole ground flaxseed meal. Lunch:  cherry tomatoes, crisphead lettuce, cucumber, Linda's salmon muffins, Linda's tartar sauce. Dinner:  Tilapia with asparagus cream sauce. Snacks/Other:  Cucumber (Peeled), Diet Rite Cola, Guacamole, Jello sugar free.
