Fat: 26.81g | Prot: 85.52g | Carb: 252.58g.   Breakfast:  Red Grapes, Pineapple, Pink Lady Apples. Lunch:  Shapers Prawn Mayonnaise Sandwich, Salt & Vinegar (26g), Shapers Strawberry Yoghurt, Shapers Salted Popcorn. Dinner:  Cottage Cheese, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Baby Beetroot, Sweet Onions, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Caramel Crunch Dessert. Snacks/Other:  Tic Tac, Salted Pretzels.
