Lunch:  Salt & Vinegar (26g), Shapers Prawn Mayonnaise Sandwich, Shapers Salted Popcorn, Shapers Strawberry Yoghurt. Dinner:  Baby Beetroot, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Caramel Crunch Dessert, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cottage Cheese, Lettuce, Sweet Onions, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Salted Pretzels, Tic Tac.
