Fat: 50.85g | Prot: 118.65g | Carb: 182.39g.   Breakfast:  sugar, coffee, half and half, egg whites, egg yolk, milton's original multi-grain, Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil. Lunch:  bare sweet salty peanut butter. Dinner:  trader joes boneless shicken thighs, trader joes vegetable medley, ecolier. Snacks/Other:  special k original, nonfat milk, godiva dark chocolate caramel, amy's light lean pasta veggies, reduced fat wheat thins, pineapple.
