Fat: 50.85g | Prot: 118.65g | Carb: 182.39g.   Breakfast:  coffee, egg whites, egg yolk, half and half, milton's original multi-grain, Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil, sugar. Lunch:  bare sweet salty peanut butter. Dinner:  ecolier, trader joes boneless shicken thighs, trader joes vegetable medley. Snacks/Other:  amy's light lean pasta veggies, godiva dark chocolate caramel, nonfat milk, pineapple, reduced fat wheat thins, special k original.
