Fat: 57.41g | Prot: 104.40g | Carb: 293.73g.   Breakfast:  Cream (Half & Half), Espresso Coffee, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Multi Grain Cheerios, No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch:  Subway Club on Flatbread. Dinner:  Beef and Vegetables (Including Carrots, Broccoli and/or Dark-Green Leafy, Mixture), Chicken Lo Mein, Fried Rice, General Tso's Chicken.
