Fat: 35.92g | Prot: 69.70g | Carb: 147.81g.   Breakfast:  arbonne fiber boost, arbonne shake, coffee, powdered peanut butter. Lunch:  campbells chicken with brown rice. Dinner:  arbonne proein shake, progresso light creamy potato with bacon. Snacks/Other:  apple, baby carrots, baby carrots, planters lightly salted peanuts.
