Fat: 28.98g | Prot: 73.49g | Carb: 164.62g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries, fage 0% with honey, whey protien, luna lemon bar. Lunch:  apple, jimmy dean delite egg sandwich, chocolate covered almonds. Dinner:  cabernet, noodles small penne rosa, shrimp, parmesan cheese, cream, chocolat covered almonds.
