Fat: 28.98g | Prot: 73.49g | Carb: 164.62g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries, fage 0% with honey, luna lemon bar, whey protien. Lunch:  apple, chocolate covered almonds, jimmy dean delite egg sandwich. Dinner:  cabernet, chocolat covered almonds, cream, noodles small penne rosa, parmesan cheese, shrimp.
