Fat: 32.51g | Prot: 59.43g | Carb: 154.36g.   Breakfast:  Fresh Lemon Juice, Oats, Cinnamon, Fat Free Milk, Sweetener Stick Sachets, Pie Apple Segments. Lunch:  Egg, Brown Bread, Cooked Tomato and Onion (Fat Added in Cooking), Sliced Cooked Ham. Dinner:  Vegetarian Vegetable Soup (Prepared with Water), White Rice, Lamb or Mutton Stew with Potatoes and Vegetables in Gravy. Snacks/Other:  Light Cheese Wedge, Blue Label Marie Biscuit.
