Fat: 146.24g | Prot: 116.28g | Carb: 116.17g.   Breakfast:  Benefiber, High Protein Shake Mix - Creamy Vanilla, Organic Sugar Free Coconut Milk - Vanilla. Lunch:  Chicken Tikka Masala, Fake Couscous. Dinner:  Avocados, Cherry Tomato, Cucumber (with Peel), Endive, Chicory, Escarole or Romaine Lettuce, gorgonzola, Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing, pork loin, Spinach. Snacks/Other:  Air Popped Popcorn, butter, captain morgan, Day Break Peanut Butter Fudge Crisp Bar, Diet Mountain Dew (Can), Water.
