Fat: 146.24g | Prot: 116.28g | Carb: 116.17g.   Breakfast:  Organic Sugar Free Coconut Milk - Vanilla, High Protein Shake Mix - Creamy Vanilla, Benefiber. Lunch:  Chicken Tikka Masala, Fake Couscous. Dinner:  Spinach, Avocados, Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing, Cherry Tomato, Endive, Chicory, Escarole or Romaine Lettuce, Cucumber (with Peel), gorgonzola, pork loin. Snacks/Other:  Water, Diet Mountain Dew (Can), Day Break Peanut Butter Fudge Crisp Bar, Air Popped Popcorn, butter, captain morgan.
