Fat: 44.69g | Prot: 64.37g | Carb: 116.76g.   Breakfast:  Almonds, Craisins, Oatmeal (Fat Added in Cooking). Dinner:  Dungeness Crab, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Toasted Garlic Bread. Snacks/Other:  Mounds (Fun Size), Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Zinfandel Wine .
