Fat: 109.59g | Prot: 101.45g | Carb: 283.88g.   Breakfast:  banana, oatmeal crisp cereal. Lunch:  brown bread, chicken, mandarin oranges, miracle whip, nature valley sweet and salty almond, peas, tomato. Dinner:  brown bread, Chili with Beans (Canned), margarine. Snacks/Other:  ice cream.
