Fat: 12.96g | Prot: 32.72g | Carb: 158.60g.   Breakfast:  coffee, half and half, nestle chocolate creamer, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes), raisin, skim milk, water, water. Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Pita Bread, apple, banana, carrot, lean turkey.
