Fat: 41.71g | Prot: 88.62g | Carb: 116.84g.   Breakfast:  Walnuts, Almonds, Grapes, Persimmon. Lunch:  Prawns, Baby Zucchini, Cooked Green String Beans (from Fresh), Chili Con Carne with Beans. Dinner:  Chicken Soup, Quarter Chicken (White Meat with Skin). Snacks/Other:  Frozen Blueberries, Steady Eddie, Natural Peanut Butter, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Kit Kat, Gel Snack.
