Fat: 64.30g | Prot: 55.28g | Carb: 33.99g.   Breakfast:  Low Carb Bagel, Low Carb Raspberry Spread, Maranatha almond butter. Lunch:  chicken, lettuce, Caesar dressing, parmesan cheese. Dinner:  smoked salmon, mayonnaise, asparagus, Ribeye steak, spinach, mushrooms, zucchini, red pepper, red cabbage, olive oil, cream, Libby's pure pumpkin. Snacks/Other:  Libby's pumpkin, cream, egg, Peanut Butter Cookies.
