Fat: 115.86g | Prot: 154.33g | Carb: 118.28g.   Breakfast:  cream, cheddar cheese, egg white, salsa, bread, egg. Lunch:  garden salad, salad dressing, pizza, chicken breast. Dinner:  pizza, garden salad, chicken breast, Baby Back Ribs (1/3 Rack). Snacks/Other:  jack daniels whiskey, bud light.
