Fat: 115.86g | Prot: 154.33g | Carb: 118.28g.   Breakfast:  bread, cheddar cheese, cream, egg, egg white, salsa. Lunch:  chicken breast, garden salad, pizza, salad dressing. Dinner:  Baby Back Ribs (1/3 Rack), chicken breast, garden salad, pizza. Snacks/Other:  bud light, jack daniels whiskey.
