Fat: 89.64g | Prot: 113.65g | Carb: 153.16g.   Breakfast:  Egg White Turkey Sausage Wake-Up Wrap, Meatless Quesadilla with Cheese. Lunch:  Black Beans, Green Leaf Lettuce , Roast Beef, Swiss Cheese , White Rice. Dinner:  Bean Soup, Egg, Egg. Snacks/Other:  Apples , Cheese Heads String Cheese, Luna Bar - Iced Oatmeal Raisin.
