Fat: 46.30g | Prot: 32.75g | Carb: 176.75g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Crunchy Granola Bars - Peanut Butter, No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch:  Black Beans, Classic Guacamole, Fat Free Sour Cream, Flour Tortillas (Fajita Size), Seasoned Steak Strips, Spanish Rice. Dinner:  100% White Corn Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips, Classic Guacamole, Oatmeal Cookie with Chocolate and Peanut Butter. Snacks/Other:  Original Fruits.
