Fat: 64.79g | Prot: 91.01g | Carb: 146.69g.   Breakfast:  quaker oatmeal. Lunch:  EAS whey protein, flaxseed, hersheys chocolate syrup, skim milk. Dinner:  Chicken or Turkey Salad, kangaroo pita pocket bread, Premium Fudge Bars, Sea Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips. Snacks/Other:  Dark Chocolate Nutrition Bar - Almond.
