Fat: 118.52g | Prot: 91.10g | Carb: 142.50g.   Lunch:  Red Leaf Lettuce, Multigrain Bread, Red Onions, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Tomatoes, Herb Mayonnaise, Muenster Cheese. Dinner:  Plain Crepe, Smoked or Cured Ham, Cheddar Cheese, Sandwich Shop Mayo Hot & Spicy. Snacks/Other:  10" Chocolate Xtreme Blizzard Cake.
