Fat: 35.56g | Prot: 75.52g | Carb: 195.21g.   Breakfast:  english muffin, Coffee with Cream and Sugar. Lunch:  chicken breast, basmati rice, carrots, celery. Dinner:  veal scallopini, spaghetti, italian bread. Snacks/Other:  breyers light vanilla ice cream, strawberries, coffee.
