Lunch:  Bold BBQ Sauce, Chinese Broccoli (Cooked), Granulated Sugar, Black Tea Bags, Cremora Non-Dairy Coffee Creamer, Chicken Drumstick (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner:  Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese, Rice & Pigeon Peas, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Leg. Snacks/Other:  Strawberries, Black Tea Bags, Granulated Sugar, Bananas, Cremora Non-Dairy Coffee Creamer, Whole Wheat Crackers (Low Salt).
