Fat: 76.59g | Prot: 128.48g | Carb: 150.14g.   Breakfast:  Green Peppers , Sweet Red Peppers (Chopped, Frozen) , White Turkey (Deli Cut Rotisserie) , Egg White . Lunch:  Chicken Strips, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Garden salad, Broccoli, Cucumber (with Peel). Dinner:  Fresh Steamed Vegetables, Garlic Dill Potatoes, 3 Piece Dark Individual Meal (2 Thighs & Drumstick). Snacks/Other:  Bananas , Red Delicious Apples.
