Lunch: Balsamic Vinaigrette, Broccoli, Chicken Strips, Cucumber (with Peel), Garden salad. Dinner: 3 Piece Dark Individual Meal (2 Thighs & Drumstick), Fresh Steamed Vegetables, Garlic Dill Potatoes. Snacks/Other: Bananas , Red Delicious Apples.
