Fat: 76.26g | Prot: 96.53g | Carb: 337.35g.   Breakfast:  Grape-Nuts Cereal, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified). Lunch:  Subway Tuna. Dinner:  Garbanzo Beans, Garlic, Jalapeno Peppers, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Roasted Garlic & Olive Oil Couscous, Shredded Carrots. Snacks/Other:  Crunchy Granola Bars - Peanut Butter, Red Table Wine , Red Table Wine .
