Fat: 51.53g | Prot: 77.38g | Carb: 236.17g.   Breakfast:  coffee, corn tortilla, egg, ham slice farmer john, hot dog farmer john. Lunch:  ham slice farmer john, lucerne Greek non fat yogurt rasberry, water, wheat bread. Dinner:  cherries, healthy choice chicken parmigiana, water. Snacks/Other:  blueberry bagel, nectarine, oreo cookie.
