Fat: 15.69g | Prot: 38.07g | Carb: 60.57g.   Lunch:  Cooked Egg White, Green Tea with Ginseng, Sun-dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil, Tuna in Water (Canned), Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Fish, Cooked Carrots, Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh), Cooked Green String Beans, Parsley, Snails. Snacks/Other:  Whole Wheat Crackers.
