Fat: 52.17g | Prot: 69.75g | Carb: 182.72g.   Breakfast:  16 oz of water, boulder canyon hummus & sesame chips, egg whites, slice of 5 grain bread. Lunch:  16 oz of water, einsteins six cheese bagel. Dinner:  slice of cheese pizza. Snacks/Other:  fiber one bar.
