Lunch:  Apples, Carrots, 2% Lowfat Small Curd Cottage Cheese, 100% Natural Whole Wheat Bread, All Fruit with Fiber - Seedless Raspberry. Dinner:  Smoked Salmon, Dried Pear, Ranch Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Cheese Heads 100% Natural Light String Cheese, Sugar in the Raw Packets, Cream (Half & Half), Organic Kids Cinnamon Crunch Cereal, Milk (Nonfat).
