Fat: 47.20g | Prot: 83.12g | Carb: 220.10g.   Breakfast:  Buckwheat Pancakes, Butter , Cream (Half & Half) , Maple Syrup , Milk (Nonfat) , Sugar in the Raw Packets. Lunch:  100% Natural Whole Wheat Bread, 2% Lowfat Small Curd Cottage Cheese, All Fruit with Fiber - Seedless Raspberry, Apples, Carrots. Dinner:  Dried Pear, Ranch Dressing, Smoked Salmon. Snacks/Other:  Cheese Heads 100% Natural Light String Cheese, Cream (Half & Half), Milk (Nonfat), Organic Kids Cinnamon Crunch Cereal, Sugar in the Raw Packets.
