Fat: 29.64g | Prot: 49.17g | Carb: 77.30g.   Breakfast:  Deli Thin Sliced Smoked Turkey Breast, Mayo with Olive Oil, Tomatoes. Lunch:  Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Chicken Enchilada (Diet Frozen Meal). Dinner:  Chicken Flavor Ramen Noodle Soup (Dry, Dehydrated). Snacks/Other:  Oranges.
