Fat: 38.22g | Prot: 86.62g | Carb: 159.43g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Protein 1st Cereal. Lunch:  Nectarines, Pro-Activ Light, Thompson Seedless Grapes (Solids and Liquids, Heavy Syrup Pack, Canned), Turkey Breast Meat (Cooked, Roasted), White Bread. Dinner:  Lamb Koftas with Couscous. Snacks/Other:  Natural Cashews, Pistachio Nuts.
