Lunch:  brown rice, clementines, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Lite Sweet Vidalia Onion Salad Dressing, Nonfat Strawberry Greek Yogurt, Premium Chicken Breast Chunk in Water. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Pearled Barley (Cooked), Stir Fry Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  100% Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Blueberries, Deli Thin Sliced Roast Beef, Fat Free Cottage Cheese, Organic Powdered Peanut Butter, Snapea Crisps.
