Fat: 90.29g | Prot: 69.62g | Carb: 326.05g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk), Coffee (Instant Powder, Decaffeinated, with Water) , Granulated Sugar , Oats . Lunch:  2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk), Multigrain Bread, Stay Full. Tomato, Chorizo and mixed bean soup. Dinner:  Bananas, Lightly Salted Spreadable Butter, Multigrain Bread. Snacks/Other:  Apples , belvita, mars, nice biscuit, Sweet Chocolate Candies, Tea (Brewed) .
