Fat: 50.87g | Prot: 75.74g | Carb: 227.33g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Honey Nut Cheerios, No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch:  14" Original Crust Pizza - Hawaiian BBQ Chicken, 14" Original Crust Pizza - Pepperoni. Dinner:  Black Beans, Classic Guacamole, Fat Free Sour Cream, Flour Tortillas (Fajita Size), Seasoned Steak Strips, Spanish Rice.
