Fat: 13.35g | Prot: 71.36g | Carb: 123.25g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream (Half & Half, Fat Free), Light Fat Free Yogurt - Red Raspberry, Light Fat Free Yogurt - Very Cherry. Lunch:  Oriental Style Beef and Rice Noodle Soup (Vietnamese Pho Bo). Dinner:  Baby Carrots, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking).
