Fat: 47.98g | Prot: 58.61g | Carb: 191.75g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Nonfat Plain Yogurt, Romaine Hearts, Cranberries, Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries. Lunch:  Ciabatta, Roasted Red Peppers, Goat Cheese. Dinner:  Chana Masala, White Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked), Indian Flatbread Naan. Snacks/Other:  Latte Coffee, Sugar, Truffles.
