Fat: 47.98g | Prot: 58.61g | Carb: 191.75g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Cranberries, Nonfat Plain Yogurt, Romaine Hearts, Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries. Lunch:  Ciabatta, Goat Cheese, Roasted Red Peppers. Dinner:  Chana Masala, Indian Flatbread Naan, White Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Latte Coffee, Sugar, Truffles.
