Fat: 62.71g | Prot: 85.77g | Carb: 212.14g.   Breakfast:  special k protein shake strawberry, water great value. Lunch:  baby carrots, broccoli , cauliflower, celery, dole baby spinach, Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing, ken's steakhouse lite caesar dressing, kroger mozzerella cheese shredded, mesquite smoked turkey breast, radishes, romaine lettuce, water. Dinner:  fajita veggies, Homemade Pico de Gallo, Homestyle Fajita Flour Tortilla, kroger fajita seasoned beef, kroger mozzerella shredded cheese, lipton sweet tea, salsa. Snacks/Other:  baby carrots, blueberry yogurt, clover valley vanilla raisins, oreo cookies.
