Fat: 62.71g | Prot: 85.77g | Carb: 212.14g.   Breakfast:  special k protein shake strawberry, water great value. Lunch:  mesquite smoked turkey breast, Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing, ken's steakhouse lite caesar dressing, baby carrots, cauliflower, romaine lettuce, broccoli , kroger mozzerella cheese shredded, dole baby spinach, celery, radishes, water. Dinner:  Homemade Pico de Gallo, kroger mozzerella shredded cheese, lipton sweet tea, kroger fajita seasoned beef, fajita veggies, salsa, Homestyle Fajita Flour Tortilla. Snacks/Other:  oreo cookies, clover valley vanilla raisins, baby carrots, blueberry yogurt.
