Fat: 59.63g | Prot: 49.31g | Carb: 272.75g.   Breakfast:  Toasted White Bread, Orange Juice. Lunch:  Granny Smith Apples, Pears, Low Fat Yoghurt, Creamy Tomato and Herb Pasta Sauce, Cheddar Cheese, Fusilli Pasta. Dinner:  Cheddar Cheese, Bread, Ready Salted Crisps (25g), Low Fat Chocolate Mousse. Snacks/Other:  Chipsticks.
