Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Creamy Tomato and Herb Pasta Sauce, Fusilli Pasta, Granny Smith Apples, Low Fat Yoghurt, Pears. Dinner:  Bread, Cheddar Cheese, Low Fat Chocolate Mousse, Ready Salted Crisps (25g). Snacks/Other:  Chipsticks.
