Fat: 38.24g | Prot: 60.96g | Carb: 160.23g.   Breakfast:  100% Orange Juice (10 oz), Toasted Whole Wheat Bread, Fried Egg . Lunch:  Split Pea Soup, Saltine Crackers, 2% Fat Milk, Oranges. Dinner:  Extra Lean Ground Beef, Fat Free Thousand Island Dressing, 2% Fat Milk, Quick Bake French Fries, Green Snap Beans , Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Tortilla Corn Chips, Light Fat Free Yogurt.
