Fat: 63.40g | Prot: 68.44g | Carb: 123.93g.   Breakfast:  oatmeal, soy milk, Blueberries, Blanched Almonds, flax seed, Coffee with Cream. Lunch:  spinach, tuna salad, Coffee with Cream, Chocolate Biscotti. Dinner:  Unsweetened Soymilk. Snacks/Other:  Peanut Butter Protein Bar, almonds, apple.
