Fat: 36.76g | Prot: 74.36g | Carb: 85.22g.   Breakfast:  Almonds, Cereal, Soy Milk, Walnuts. Lunch:  Arugula (Rocket), Avocado, Baby Spinach, Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Sweet Red Peppers. Dinner:  Cooked Green Cabbage, Egg Noodles (Enriched, Cooked), Prawns, Tilapia. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Muffin, Clementines, Grapefruit (Pink and Red and White).
