Fat: 82.48g | Prot: 95.10g | Carb: 143.36g.   Breakfast:  Cuties, Free Range Chicken eggs, Onions , Tomatoes, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Minced Garlic, Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread, Swiss Cheese Slice. Lunch:  Spicy Hot 100% Vegetable Juice, 6" Roasted Chicken with the works, Provalone and Ranch. Dinner:  Pistachio, Jalapeno Stuffed Olives, Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe. Snacks/Other:  cottage cheese, pistachio.
