Fat: 96.49g | Prot: 56.59g | Carb: 230.39g.   Breakfast:  Buckwheat Pancakes, Butter , Cream (Half & Half) , Maple Syrup , Milk (Nonfat) , Sugar in the Raw Packets. Lunch:  Bananas , Sicilian Pizza. Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Beef Barbecue Sandwich or Sloppy Joe on Bun, Butter , Craisins, Croutons, Ranch Dressing.
