Fat: 96.49g | Prot: 56.59g | Carb: 230.39g.   Breakfast:  Butter , Maple Syrup , Buckwheat Pancakes, Milk (Nonfat) , Sugar in the Raw Packets, Cream (Half & Half) . Lunch:  Bananas , Sicilian Pizza. Dinner:  Ranch Dressing, Craisins, Croutons, Butter , Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Beef Barbecue Sandwich or Sloppy Joe on Bun.
