Fat: 42.67g | Prot: 46.43g | Carb: 50.70g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Hard Salami. Lunch:  Hard Salami, Golden Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Clementines, Cheese Heads 100% Natural String Cheese. Dinner:  Real Mayonnaise, Whole Wheat Bread, Bacon, Tomatoes, Lettuce. Snacks/Other:  Sliced American Cheese, Nyquil.
